ABOUT YOUR COACH
Hi! I'm
Justine Calderwood!
I am your guide to feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your body. As a Certified Low Pressure Fitness Trainer, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and Certified Birth Healing Practitioner, I specialize in helping women, including pregnant and postpartum moms, regain strength and resilience.
You don't have to be a mom to join our classes, but if you are, you'll find a supportive community of other moms who understand the challenge of balancing it all.
As a mom of two teenage daughters, I've navigated the highs and lows of motherhood, from juggling little ones to guiding teens. I understand how important it is to carve out time for yourself, and I'm here to help you do just that.
I can't wait to lead you on this journey to reclaiming your strength and confidence!
