Want a Unique At-Home Workout
We combine traditional Low Pressure Fitness training with Myofascial Release Self Care techniques that can be done at home with little to no equipment. Get a great core and pelvic floor workout (along with arms and legs that can lift toddlers, car seats and strollers without effort) blended with yummy, self-care myofascial releases that will leave you feeling strong, sexy, confident and well cared for.

We are busy moms who love taking care of our families, but we are struggling to find the time to care for ourselves. Want Variety - None of the Same, Boring Workouts Every Week
A new workout every week prevents boredom. You'll look forward to each class because your mind will always be engaged. This equates to more consistent workouts leading to a stronger, functional core and leaner body!
We use a combination of myofascial balls to release tension in the body, combined with resistance bands, yoga blocks and slow, controlled movement to strengthen and lengthen. No two workouts are the same!
Want A Workout Buddy To Stay Accountable and Motivated
You can count on me! I'll show up for you and push you to do your best. If you need modifications, I've got your back there, too.
Currently, your "workout buddy" may be your toddler who knows more about Paw Patrol than exercise. When you join these classes, your toddler can focus on Paw Patrol, and your workouts can become fun adult time with girlfriends.
Wants Flexibility
Join us for your weekly "online retreat". We'd love to see you LIVE, but we also know life is busy. You are welcome live and if your week gets busy, you are still part of the community by watching the recordings.
This allows you to get your "me time" in without a pressure-filled schedule. You will get access to recorded videos for 1 week after instruction - regardless if you attend live or plan for the recordings.
Desires A Challenge
Fit 2 Be classes will be enough to build strength and get toned. You can incorporate these classes into your normal fitness routine because they are versatile and compliment other styles of exercise - yoga, pilates, weight lifting, running, biking, etc.
The slow, controlled movements will tone your body, increase flexibility, improve posture and give you useable strength to be the active mom you've always dreamed of being.
These workouts will help you feel strong, confident and more toned without risk of injury to your core, back and pelvic floor, so that you can get out on hikes with your girlfriends while wearing a baby carrier backpack.
They will help you recover from pregnancy, especially if you're already experiencing symptoms of pain, prolapse, diastasis, or urinary leaking.
If you're worried about your core and you want to be active, lean and confident as you age, these classes are for you! You'll get a great workout without second guessing whether it's "safe" so that you can build strength while learning to trust your body again, without causing leaking or a pooching belly.

Hi! I'm
Justine Calderwood!
I am a Certified Low Pressure Fitness Trainer, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and a Certified Birth Healing Practitioner. I work with pregnant and postpartum clients around the world who want to feel strong, confident, active and resilient.
You don't have to be a mom to join us for classes and be a part of our community. But if you are one, know that you're going to find a lot of other moms right beside you. I have two teenaged daughters so I know what it's like to juggle littles and work and also navigate different ages and stages of motherhood. I can't wait to lead you!

Start Here if you're brand new to Fit2Be Classes, even if you're already familiar with Low Pressure Fitness or Hypopressive techniques.
With the self-paced, pre-recorded videos in the Starter Workshop, you will get the foundational framework that you need to join Fit2Be Classes - this will prepare you to confidently jump into group classes and get the most out of each weekly class.
Your first 5 Fit2Be Group Classes are included with your Starter Bundle purchase. Go from 'beginner' to 'student' easily and seamlessly!
Once you purchase the Starter Bundle, you will get immediate access to your Member's Area, where you can begin the videos of the Starter Workshop and start practicing. With the Starter Bundle you will also register for your first 5 Fit2Be Classes, which are included in the Starter Bundle price.
Everything you need is inside your Member's Area and you'll have lifetime access, so if you want to review anything at anytime, you can!

After You Complete the Starter Workshop and Attend Your First Fit2Be Classes, you have the option to purchase additional 5-Class Punch Cards so that you can keep building strength, confidence and trust in your body.

Classes are currently offered LIVE on Friday Mornings @ 8:00 AM Mountain Time.
Each 45 Minute Class Includes:
A warm up plus a blend of Myofascial Release, Low Pressure Fitness Training and Functional Exercise, taught live.
This unique style of workout will improve flexibility so you can be agile in the bedroom and relieve upper back strain from breastfeeding postures or long work sessions at your computer. You will build deep core and pelvic floor strength to tone your midsection, legs and arms so you feel sexier and more confident in form-fitting shirts as well as your swimsuit.
Enjoy a weekly "online retreat" - slow down to speed up! You will leave each class knowing you challenged yourself, but also you'll feel refreshed because of the combination of release work + slow, controlled strengthening exercises.
All Levels Welcome - Beginner to Advanced
Use this option to purchase an additional 5-Class Punch Card. After purchase, you will be shown the calendar to select the 5 classes you wish to attend and then you will be sent a Zoom link to each class selected. The links are unique for each class, so simply save the email or add the link to your personal digital calendar for easy access.
Pre-Requisite: All students must complete the Starter Workshop (available in our Starter Bundle, see Step One above). This is required so that I can provide you with an exceptional experience in Fit2Be Classes and ensure that you are able to participate fully.
